Each of your items are handmade after your order, to allow for any customizations you may need. Our order processing time (time from when the order is placed to when it leaves or shop) takes 1-5 days depending on the volume of orders currently being filled. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact me before placing your order and I can help you choose the best shipping option.
Orders are made and shipped Monday-Friday only (excluding holidays). All estimated delivery times are listed in “Business Days” and include Monday-Friday only, i.e. an order placed on Friday and shipped on Monday has taken 1 business day to process.
Domestic Shipping Methods
First Class Mail: All orders under one pound will be shipped first class unless upgraded at checkout. Free First Class shipping with a $35 purchase. First class shipping with USPS typically takes 3-5 business days, but is not guaranteed. Tracking is included with First Class Mail.
Priority Mail: All orders over one pound will be shipped Priority Mail. Your shipping may be upgraded for an extra charge to priority mail (if under one pound). Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days, but is not guaranteed. Tracking is included with Priority Mail.
Express Mail: Any shipping method may be upgraded to express mail for an additional fee. Express Mail typically takes 1-2 business days but is not guaranteed. Tracking is included with Express Mail.
We currently offer shipping via USPS mail internationally. Customers are responsible for duties/customs fees, please contact your local customs offices for more details. For shipping costs internationally, please add items to your cart and the shipping amount will be based off the order weight. Free shipping over $35 is not included on international orders. Please allow extra shipping time for international orders (1-6 weeks).
You will receive an email notification when your shipping label has been created. Packages are picked up at my shop Monday-Friday by USPS. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order’s tracking information to update online.
