Print the straw toppers on computer paper or cardstock. Cut out and then attach to a cute straw with tape or a glue dot.
These can also be used as cupcake toppers, just add a toothpick to each circle and then insert it into your cupcake. Add some winter-themed sprinkles to the cupcakes and then set them on your dessert table.
